Nice facilities and, ultimately, a very nice room.
First room I was in had a faulty heater and a funny smell.
The staff are excellent, and, except for the first room I was given, the rooms are very nice (I've stayed there before). When it became apparent that the first room I was given that night had a faulty heater, and the funky smell didn't go away, the staff promptly and graciously moved me at my request.
